Adware Removal Software

is there a software that removes spyware for free that i can download, please i need something real good.

most of the free software downloads only scan spyware. removal is not free.

Is Karpasky good? Or should I let Best Buy technicians remove them for me for like $106.00 plus the software program.
Which should I do? buy it myself and do all the work or let Best Buy do it for me. But why pay somebody to do it?

I have seen some that diagnose the problem, but the say they are free until it’s time to FIX the problem. Anyone out there know of something I can do to REMOVE ALL the ADWARE on my computer?

I find no adware services you can download,but in order to delete the bad things , you have to pay to get registered.Just wondering if anyone knows of one that is good & also free.
