What are the best and possible free spyware, adware and malware removers?

Yes i have McAfee antivirus protection on my computer but I also need some type of program that will remove spyware, malware and adware. Your answers will be most appreciated!

Microsoft’s DEFENDER has been a big help for me , its free and they keep updating it.

Yes, this is good.After using a registry cleaner you’re going to need spyware protection to get rid of the main source of registry errors which is… spyware. Just to be on the safe side, run this program after you run your registry cleaner. It will help out immensely preventing future registry errors.
