Two of the best right now are superantispyware free edition which is great at finding trojans and even some rogue programs and other crap, and malwarebytes free edition, with these two plus your antivirus you should be fairly well protected.,

I would recommend Iobit Security 360 which is free to download. It is excellent and will keep you protected from future spyware attacks due to its constant protection (real time) meaning it will be protecting you as you use your computer which malwarebytes and superantispyware do not do, unless you paid for their products, although you could download malwarebytes as a second scanner.
